Situated in a tranquil and well sought after location on the Arena Birmingham complex and with 1600 square feet of space, overlooking the picturesque Brindley Place canal, the gallery is ideal for encouraging a diverse approach to creativity and other innovative ideas. The brief was to provide innovative ways to use art as a vehicle for supporting mental health and overall wellbeing.The gallery challenges the barriers and perceptions in our society that can sometimes prevent people with tremendous creative ability from realising their potential and getting their work seen and heard, whether it’s as a result of education, socio economic reasons, physical or mental health or not having the right contacts to access available opportunities.
